Jess founded Everest Corporate in 2017, which was acquired by Nexia Perth in 2022, where she has since been acting in the role of Director of Corporate Services. Jess is a Chartered Secretary with 15 years’ prior experience in the stockbroking and banking industries. She is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia with majors in Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Marketing. Formerly, Jess held various positions with Macquarie Bank, UBS Investment Bank (London) and more recently Patersons Securities (now Canaccord Genuity Ltd).

Jess is currently Company Secretary of ASX listed companies Dreadnought Resources Ltd, Ragnar Metals Ltd, Echo IQ Ltd and Joint Company Secretary of Energy Transition Minerals and has held numerous other positions with various ASX listed companies.

Carly is an experienced corporate professional with 20 years’ prior experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on capital markets and governance, and more recently four years’ experience acting as a company secretary to ASX listed entities. Formerly, Carly held positions with Hartley Poynton (now Euroz Hartleys), DJ Carmichael and Shaw and Partners, and professional services firms Everest Corporate and Nexia Perth.

Carly is a Chartered Secretary and Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Corporate & Resources Administration.

Carly is currently Company Secretary of ASX listed companies Alchemy Resources Ltd, Jindalee Lithium Ltd, Kalamazoo Resources Ltd and Viridis Mining & Minerals Ltd.

Elaine brings a diverse wealth of experience to the Occam team having worked in the retail, stockbroking and superannuation administration sectors over the past 15 years.

As the Treasury Manager of a large stockbroking firm for several years, she is familiar with capital raisings and initial public offerings as well as FX transactions, banking reconciliations and statutory reporting requirements.

Elaine provides executive assistance and support in all aspects of her day to day running of our client’s businesses.

Ms Sujana Karthik is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Secretary (CS), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. She is also an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA). Ms Karthik is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive expertise in financial management, financial reporting, corporate governance, and risk and compliance management.

With over a decade of experience in accounting and corporate compliance, Ms Karthik has served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for several ASX-listed and unlisted public companies. Her service offerings include outsourced CFO support, company secretarial services, transaction management, governance advisory, and compliance oversight, delivered with a focus on regulatory integrity and commercial outcomes.

Indi is an experienced project and business management professional with over 15 years’ experience in the not-for-profit, corporate and sustainability sectors across the UK and Australia.

Her background spans operations, events management, governance, and stakeholder relations. She is known for her ability to lead complex projects and drive organisational improvement through practical, values-based leadership.

Indi currently provides executive-level support across business and governance operations with a focus on our not-for-profit clients.
